At Luvée Grace, each piece is intentionally selected and curated in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our collections, all jewelry sales are final.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your email here].
To help us resolve your issue quickly, include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

All claims are subject to review. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or post-delivery damage may not be eligible for replacement.

Shipping & Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Luvée Grace is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

All Luvée Grace items are final sale and non-returnable. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Jewelry

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Future lifestyle products, unless otherwise stated
